CashWrench auto-sends a Google review request via SMS the moment you mark a job complete. Here's how it works.

Every time you mark a job complete, CashWrench automatically sends your customer a friendly SMS asking for a Google review. You don't have to do anything — it goes out on its own.

How the auto-review works

Mark the job complete
Tap 'Mark Complete' on any job. This triggers the review request automatically.

CashWrench sends the SMS
Your customer receives a personalised text from your business name with a direct link to your Google review page.

Customer leaves a review
They tap the link, Google opens, and they leave a review. No app download or account needed.

Your stats update
Your Google Reviews count, average rating, and response rate update in the Review screen dashboard.

Setting up your Google review linkYou need to add your Google Business review link in Settings > Business Profile before review requests will work. It looks like: g.page/yourbusinessname

Sending manually

You can also send a review request manually at any time. Open a completed job and tap '📲 Send Review Request'. The SMS is sent immediately.

Don't spam customersCashWrench limits review requests to one per job per customer. If a customer has already received a request for this job, the button will be greyed out.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Go to Settings > Notifications and toggle off 'Auto-send review requests'. You can still send them manually.

Yes — go to Settings > Review Requests to edit the message template. Your business name is always included automatically.

The stats sync every 24 hours. If your count is still wrong after 24 hours, go to Settings > Business Profile and re-connect your Google Business account.
