The Customer Profile gives you a full history of every job you've done for a customer, how much they've spent, and any notes you've added about them. All in one place.
What's on the Customer Profile

Customer name & phone
Shown at the top with a quick-call button. Tap the 📞 icon to call them directly from the app.

Pinned notes
A yellow sticky note area for anything important — gate codes, pet warnings, preferred appointment times. Tap to edit.

Job History
A chronological list of every job you've done for this customer, with date, job title, description, and amount paid.

Use pinned notesNotes like 'Dog in backyard — friendly. Gate code 4821.' save you time on every return visit. They're only visible to you, not the customer.
Frequently asked questions
Yes — tap 'New Job' from the customer profile and the customer field will be pre-filled automatically.
Yes, but only if they have no outstanding invoices. Go to the customer profile, tap the ⋯ menu in the top right, and select Delete.
Tap the 👥 Clients tab in the bottom nav and use the search bar at the top.
