Understanding Your Dashboard

Your Dashboard is the first screen you see when you open CashWrench. Here's everything it shows and how to use it.

The Dashboard gives you a live snapshot of your business — today's revenue, open jobs, outstanding quotes, and monthly earnings. Everything you need before you start your day.

Quick tipThe orange banner at the top ('Add your bank to get paid') only appears until you connect your bank account. Tap it to complete setup in 2 minutes.

The 4 stat cards

Today's Revenue

Total payments collected today. Highlighted in orange. Updates the moment a payment is confirmed.

Open Jobs

Jobs that are created but not yet marked complete. Tap to view the full list.

Quotes Sent

Quotes awaiting customer approval. Tap to follow up or resend.

Monthly Revenue

Your running total for the current calendar month. Includes all confirmed payments.

Today's Jobs list

Below the stats, you'll see all jobs scheduled for today. Each row shows the customer name, address, job type, and a status pill — 10:00 AM (upcoming), 1:30 PM (later today), or Done ✓ (complete).

Tap any job row to open the full job details, where you can build a quote, collect payment, or mark it complete.

Frequently asked questions

Revenue only counts confirmed payments collected through CashWrench. Jobs marked complete without a payment won't add to the total. Make sure you tap 'Collect Payment' when finishing a job.

The orange bank banner disappears once your bank account is connected via Stripe. Tap it and follow the 2-minute setup process.

Currently the stats show today and this month. Custom date ranges are on our roadmap.
