Payment Success & Bank Payout

What the Payment Success screen shows, how to send a receipt, and when money arrives in your account.

The Payment Success screen confirms the payment went through and tells you exactly how much you'll receive and when. It also lets you send the customer a receipt.

Reading the receipt breakdown

The receipt shows the full transaction details:

Customer & Invoice
Confirms who paid and which invoice the payment is for.

Payment Method
Shows the last 4 digits of the card or the method used.

Transaction ID
Stripe's unique reference for the transaction. Useful if you need to raise a dispute or refund.

You Receive
The amount deposited to your bank after platform and Stripe fees are deducted.

Platform Fee
CashWrench's 1% fee.

Stripe Fee
Stripe's 2.9% + 30¢ processing fee.

Payout timingThe orange payout pill at the bottom shows exactly how much will arrive in your bank and on which day — usually 'tomorrow' for weekday payments.

Sending a receipt

Tap '📧 Send Receipt' to email the customer a copy of their receipt. Tap '📄 View' to see the full invoice PDF. Both are available from the Payment Success screen.

Frequently asked questions

Next working day for standard bank transfers. Payments taken on Friday typically arrive on Monday.

CashWrench deducts a 1% platform fee and Stripe's processing fee (2.9% + 30¢) before paying out. These fees are shown on the receipt.

Check the payout date on the receipt — it may be today. If the expected date has passed, go to Settings > Payouts and check your bank connection status.
