The Quote Builder lets you build a professional, itemised quote line by line. Labour, parts, trip fees, overtime โ€” add whatever you need, adjust the quantities, and send it to your customer with one tap.

Adding line items

The Quote Builder shows a running total at the top that updates as you add or adjust items. Below that is your list of line items. Each item shows a name, price, and quantity control.

Use the preset buttons to add items quickly
Tap ๐Ÿ”ง Labor, ๐Ÿช› Parts, ๐Ÿš— Trip Fee, or โฑ Overtime to add a pre-labelled line item instantly.

Tap '+ Custom' for anything else
Opens a form to add a custom item name, quantity, and unit price.

Adjust quantity with โˆ’ and +
Tap the minus and plus buttons on each line item to adjust how many units.

Tap โœ• to remove an item
Removes the line item from the quote entirely.

Quote total updates liveThe total at the top of the screen recalculates automatically every time you add, remove, or adjust an item โ€” no manual adding up required.

Sending the quote

When you're happy with the quote, tap '๐Ÿ“ค Send Quote to [Customer Name]' at the bottom of the screen. This sends your customer an SMS with a link to view and approve their quote.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, but a new quote will be sent to your customer if you make changes after sending.

It defaults to your labour rate set during onboarding. You can change this at any time in Settings > Business Profile.

Go to Dashboard > Quotes Sent and tap the quote to resend the link or call the customer directly.
