The Quote Builder lets you build a professional, itemised quote line by line. Labour, parts, trip fees, overtime — add whatever you need, adjust the quantities, and send it to your customer with one tap.
Adding line items
The Quote Builder shows a running total at the top that updates as you add or adjust items. Below that is your list of line items. Each item shows a name, price, and quantity control.

Use the preset buttons to add items quickly
Tap + Trip Fee, + Labor (1hr), + Parts, or + Service Call to add a pre-labelled line item instantly. Trip Fee, Labor and Service Call fill in from your default rates in Settings.

Tap '+ Custom' for anything else
Opens a form to add a custom item name, quantity, and unit price.

Adjust quantity with − and +
Tap the minus and plus buttons on each line item to adjust how many units.

Tap ✕ to remove an item
Removes the line item from the quote entirely.

Quote total updates liveThe total at the top of the screen recalculates automatically every time you add, remove, or adjust an item — no manual adding up required.
Quote templates
The Quote template picker at the top of the builder changes what you fill in. Standard is the line-by-line builder described above. The trade templates work out the line items for you, and a job opens in its trade's template automatically: Cleaning, Flooring, Painting, Pressure Washing or Window Cleaning. Every other job starts on Standard.

Cleaning
Pick the type of clean, then price it by bed and bath, square feet or the hour. Deep, move-in, move-out and post-construction cleans load a multiplier you can change. Add extras like inside the oven or laundry, and supplies at cost plus markup.

Flooring
Add each room with its flooring type, length and width. Material is priced on the area plus waste; installation and prep on the floor area. Changing the flooring type loads its usual waste and prices.

Painting
Add each room's size, the surfaces you're painting and its condition, and the gallons are worked out for you. Pick paints with your cost per gallon and markup, then enter prep and painting hours.

Pressure Washing
Tap every surface, from driveways to roofs, and enter the square or linear feet and your rate. Keep labor in your rates or bill it by the hour, and add chemicals at cost plus markup.

Window Cleaning
Choose inside and out, outside or inside only, and the height of the home, which set a starting rate per window. Enter the window count, then add screens, storm windows and other extras.

Your costs stay privateWhere you enter a cost and a markup, the customer only ever sees the final price. Every template also has Other charges for a trip fee, a service call or anything else.
You can switch templates at any time and each one keeps what you've entered; only the template that's selected when you save goes on the quote. A saved draft reopens in the template it was built with.
Sending the quote
When you're happy with the quote, tap '📤 Send Quote to [Customer Name]' at the bottom of the screen. This sends your customer an SMS with a link to view and approve their quote.

What your customer receivesYour customer gets a text message with a link to a clean, branded quote page. They can approve it with one tap — no account or app needed.
Frequently asked questions
Yes, but a new quote will be sent to your customer if you make changes after sending.
It defaults to your labour rate set during onboarding. You can change this at any time in Settings > Business Profile.
Go to Dashboard > Quotes Sent and tap the quote to resend the link or call the customer directly.
