How to create your CashWrench account in 3 steps — your details, your trade, and your password. Takes less than 2 minutes.

Signing up for CashWrench takes less than 2 minutes. There are 3 steps: your personal and business details, your primary trade, and your password. No credit card required.

Step 1 — Your details

Full Name
Your first and last name. This appears on quotes and invoices sent to customers.

Email Address
Used to sign in and receive notifications. Must be a real, working email.

Phone Number
Used for account security and support. Not shared with customers.

Business Name
The name that appears on your quotes, invoices, and review requests — e.g. 'Rossi Plumbing LLC'.

Alternatively, tap 'Continue with Google' to skip this step entirely and import your details from your Google account.

Step 2 — Your trade

Select your primary trade from the grid: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, General, Windows, or Other.

You can change this laterYour trade selection is just a starting point. You can add or change it any time in Settings > Business Profile.

Step 3 — Your password

Create a password
Minimum 8 characters. Include at least one number or symbol to make it stronger. The strength meter shows you how secure it is.

Confirm your password
Type it again to confirm. Both fields must match.

Agree to Terms & Privacy Policy
Tick the checkbox to confirm you've read and agreed to CashWrench's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Tap '🔧 Create My Account'
Your account is created instantly. You'll land on the Dashboard ready to create your first job.

Frequently asked questions

Make sure all four fields are filled in and your email address is in a valid format (e.g. name@email.com). The button stays inactive until all fields are complete.

Tap directly on the trade tile — a blue/orange border will appear around the selected option. The Continue button activates once a trade is selected.

Both the 'Create Password' and 'Confirm Password' fields must contain the exact same text. Re-type carefully — passwords are case-sensitive.

No. Your phone number is used only for account security and support. Customers see only your business name and the contact details you choose to include on quotes.
