Release Update: Cleaning Quote Template

Quoting a cleaning job now takes seconds. Switch to the Cleaning quote template and price it the way you actually bid: by bed and bath, by square footage, or by the hour. Then pick the clean type, and its multiplier is built into the base price for standard, deep, move-in, move-out and post-construction cleans.

What's included

  • Three pricing methods: bed and bath, square footage, or hourly.
  • Five clean types, from Standard to Post-Construction, each with a multiplier built into the base price. Change it for any job.
  • 10 add-ons, each on its own line: inside oven, inside fridge, interior windows, inside cabinets, laundry, garage/basement, baseboards and walls, carpet shampoo, patio/balcony and pet hair treatment.
  • Trip fee kept separate from your cleaning rate, under Other charges with anything else the job needs.
  • Supplies billed at your cost plus markup, or switched off when the client provides their own.
